Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 16, 2026

1. Our Role

Fitter Digital acts strictly as an introductory agency. We provide a service that connects homeowners with independent, vetted tradespeople ("the Fitters"). Fitter Digital is not a construction company, and we do not perform, supervise, or manage the physical installation or building works. All contracts for the performance of work, including estimates, project scope, and payment for labor and materials, are formed directly between you (the Client) and the Fitter.

2. Consultation Fee

A non-refundable Consultation Fee of £50 is required to initiate the matching process. This fee covers the administrative costs of vetting, project review, and facilitating your introduction to a qualified professional.

Note: Should you proceed with the project, this £50 fee will be deducted from the final Agency Fee.

3. Agency Fee & Payment

Fitter Digital charges a 10% Agency Fee for the matching and coordination service.

Payment Terms

The full Agency Fee (less the £50 Consultation Fee) is due and payable no later than 14 days prior to the agreed start date of your project.

Secure Payment Processing

Payments for matchmaking services are processed securely via Stripe. We accept:

Credit / Debit Cards Apple Pay Google Pay Secure & Encrypted

All transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI DSS standards. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Booking Confirmation

Work will not be considered "booked" until the Agency Fee has been successfully settled. You will receive a confirmation email with your payment receipt and project details.

4. Client Support & Dispute Resolution

While we pride ourselves on matching you with reliable tradespeople, we act only as an intermediary.

Support

We provide ongoing communication support to ensure the introduction process is smooth. We are happy to assist with questions or concerns during the project.

Liability Disclaimer

Fitter Digital is not responsible for the quality, safety, timelines, or financial aspects of the work performed by the Fitter. Any disputes, claims, or issues regarding the work, property damage, or delays must be resolved directly between the Client and the Fitter. Fitter Digital holds no liability for the performance or conduct of independent contractors.

5. Cancellations

By the Client

If you cancel a project after the Fitter has been formally booked, the Consultation Fee is non-refundable.

By the Fitter

In the event that a Fitter becomes unavailable, Fitter Digital will make every reasonable effort to provide a suitable replacement or facilitate a refund of the Agency Fee (excluding the Consultation Fee).

6. Company Information

Fitter Digital is a trading name of Ncoote Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
